Render Layers and Texture Baking.

Couple questions. I like the add for the render passes in separate files, but is there a way to do RENDER LAYERS in separate files? Like I have cube 1 set to render layer 1 and cube 2 on render layer 2, and I want them to render at the same time but saved in separate files. Dont they both have to calculate during a render anyways?

Also, is there a tutorial somewhere to use the new procedural texture baking tools? Can't quite figure it out...

Thanks!

I think the render layers actually need to be rendered separately, so you couldn't do all in one go.

For texture baking, there is definitely an Otoy post on how this works, which I cannot find. But try:

Yeah, if we could get a good batch baking solution, that'd be great. I just got off a huge Unity project that would have been unreasonable to do it Octane, but I really wanted to.
