Render Layers 1 to 1 for beauty pass

I feel like I can't find the exact answer to this or maybe I am just doing it wrong. But what are the exact render layers I need to build the beauty pass 1 - 1... Every time I try them its not exact. Is this even possible?

Thanks!

Makes sense. Can this be done in photoshop then? Will the photoshop plugin do this for you? I am going to try everything now.

I think so (but have not tried it myself).
