BUG: Cryptomatte passes with environment fog seem to render incorrectly in 2020 compared to 2019

I reported an issue with cryptomatte and environment fog in 2020.1.5, and it still seems to be happening in 2020.2

See this post for the files: viewtopic.php?p=389797#p389797

I'm not sure if anyone has looked into why the 2019 orbx and 2020 orbx cryptomatte passes render differently.

If I load the 2020 ORBX, the cryptomatte pass still renders much brighter white.

Missing feature (BUG?): Composite AOV is missing vignette

I mentioned this elsewhere, but here is a sample scene so it doesnt get lost.

There is no way to add the imager vignette to a comp. Other stuff like exposure, white point, saturation work though.

BUG: Universal optical vignette appearing in Cryptomatte pass

Someone else mentioned this before, but it still seems to happen in 2020.2

The optical vignette from universal camera is appearing in cryptomatte passes

Jules, I don't expect all this stuff to be fixed in RC2. I don't think its a great idea to rush things and put the devs under pressure.

I just wanted to place things into this thread, which may have gotten lost in the older threads.

BUG: HDR images with large dynamic range render incorrectly

This is another older one from this thread: viewtopic.php?p=377892#p377892

It still happens in 2020.2. Octane is clipping HDR images even when manually setting the texture import type to 32-bit:

Image

You can see the "sun" in the HDR image is being clipped. The blue sky is becoming just as powerful as the sun, making the render look too blue.

The new Chaos Texture is awesome.
Would it be possible to make it work with Displacement?
