I just tried the denoiser using the built in material ball scene and it crashes though
EDIT: yeah starting a new scene, adding a render target node and activating denoiser = crash here
I think there must be a problem with the current RC 3.08 release in exporting because I have no problem with an old export than 3.08 as it crash on my 3dsmax plugin too
