How to get animated particles from Blender to OR

Please help :)

I have tried almost everything, and nothing works. (thought i had it with "make duplicates real" but it didnt work for animations)

How do i export it/create it, so that i can render an animation with animated particles from Blender? (i have seen animations with it)
- i am only able to render stills

I really hope someone will be nice and explain it, or point me to a tutorial.

Pretty please! :)
