Blender Octane CUDA error 700

Hello everyone.
I've been using Blender Octane in my new machine for a few months now with no issues, today while working on an image, once I hit the render buttom get, the screen goes full grey and get the message:

"Scene / Elapsed:00:00.10 / Cancel / ERROR! Check console for detailed error messages."

Once I open the console get this message:
CUDA.jpg

Failed devices:
NVIDIA GeoForce RTX 3090(device 0), error message: "CUDA error 700 on device 0: an illigal memory access was encountered -> failed to create link"

If I close the program and run it again the issue persists, if I restart the computer the fist time I open Blender it works fine, as soon as switch out and back in from render view get the error again.

I'm working with version 2.92.0 and Octane server V23.4. I also have Octane Render v.4.05 stand alone installed in my machine but it doesn't work with my Geoforce RTX 3090 (Barely 2 years after I bought my license, thanks!)

To be honest I really love the program but I find this type of error quite frustrating. If anybody has any thoughts I'll love to know, otherwise I think I'm going back to rendering in Cycles.

Forgive if a dumb question: You have the latest Nvidia driver installed?

Yes the first time that found the issue the first thing that I did was a clean install of the latest drivers. Thanks for asking

One thing I have encountered in the past involved legacy files.

That is, I get a client update request on a years-ago project.
The files do not behave as expected in the later Octane version.
A fresh file made in the new Octane version behaves as expected.

I have appended single collections or objects into a fresh BlenderOctane file to ferret this out.
