Can't see close objects, clipping set to minimum...

Close objects are not visible in render.

Clipping is set to minimum, both in Octane's camera and in Blender/View.

Have I forgot some special Octane setting?
Latest OctaneRender for Blender. Windows 10, i7 quad 3.7GHz, 16GB, 2xTitan.

Would it be possible to see a snapshot of your scene?

I imagine those are the clipping settings you're referring to:

This is a 0.2 mm box in the scene, perfectly visible (Camera Clipping start is set to 0.1 mm in this specific case):
