Are there any tutorials for texture baking in Octane Blender? The manual is quite light on the subject...

Hi J.C - that's aoktar's C4D manual (?).

I'm looking for clear guidance on how to bake textures in Octane Blender (hence posting in the Octane Blender forum).

That's the same engine, just different interface.

OK, understood. I'll work through it.

It's pretty crazy that the recommendation is to read an unofficial (but probably better) manual for a completely different piece of software, but hey.

Well, until manual for Blender get updated we have to use replacements like manual for C4D.

I agree, the Blender manual needs to be updated.

The beauty of Octane is its multi-platform nature, which really allows cross referencing among tutorials and docs from different applications.

But for sure we need some better Blender specific information.
