[SOLVED]HDRI background-cannot rotate Tweet

Hi guys,

According to the info I found in the forums I created an HDRI background:


However, when I change the X value in translation, the environment doesn't rotate. Any ideas what's wrong?

Use a spherical projection like at this image:

Y-axis rotates the environment.
