How to setup a material with random values ?

Hi

I'm testing the new Beta Release of Octane for Blender.

Is there a way to get random values of HUE, Saturation and Gamma of a Material ?
Is it also possible to set random UV values ?
Can't find anything about it in the manual or in the forum.

What I wanna do is to get those random values to each plank of a floor.
See Cycles example here.

Kind regards
Alain

No, there is no such feature in current beta.
Octane engine does not support such nodes, so the plugin will be forced to implement its own way how to randomize complex values.
I already wrote you about one of the ways HERE... Anyway, before this feature will be available in Octane engine - we can not use the similar setup with random simple values in special nodes. The plugin can only operate by nodes about which Octane engine knows.

In Maya the virtual material is implemented like this:

Thanks for taking time to answer.
Some questions have to be asked twice or more to be answered clear ;-)

What about the "Attribute-Node" of Cycles (sorry for asking again ;-))?
Will there be a possibility to use the Vertex Paint to mix Shaders ?

See example here (doesn't work):
