Just as you suggested, I enabled the GPU button and simply typed 0 then 1 ("0 1") to get both of my GPUs working on export. AWESOME.

Hi, I want to add that GPU numbers can be different : I have a 8800 GTS 512 inside the computer and have added recently two GTX 480 in an external Cubix box.

The Internal GPU used for display is identified by number 1 in the device manager and the two external cards are GPU 0 and GPU 2.

So in the field for GPUs, I type 0 2 (zero space two) to render on my two external cards.
French Blender user - CPU : intel Quad QX9650 at 3GHz - 8GB of RAM - Windows 7 Pro 64 bits. Display GPU : GeForce GTX 480 (2 Samsung 2443BW-1920x1600 monitors). External GPUs : two EVGA GTX 580 3GB in a Cubix GPU-Xpander Pro 2. NVidia Driver : 368.22.
