Octane Sketchup Exporter - Full 1022-14

Here's a minor update
[I know the posting of v13 is 'skipped' - no for superstition but because I decided to combine two updates into one at the last moment!]
The main changes are some attempts to resolve the general Ruby problem of 'special/accented-characters' in file-names/pats causing in File operations to fail [I still recommend you avoid them!]... and the Image class methods extensions needed to allow Images to be included in the OBJ export will now only be added if something else [like Sketchup itself in far future updates] hasn't already added them beforehand...
I AM looking at updating the Exporter to v1023 for the new 'beta' Octane version... So any feedback welcome in the meanwhile...
