Hi there,

i bought the 1.x Stand allone Version and i used it with Sketchup.
After my new Windows installation, i downloaded the latest 1.x Version (1.55) and installed it.
But where can i find the right plugin for that Standallone Version?

Can you please give me a Link for the downloadfile?

With best regardsm

Plugin is for Sketchup, not for the standalone. So if you bought the plugin for Sketchup, login into your account (top right corner on this website) and go to the download section. You'll see your already bought licences there.

Hello,

I've bought the standalone version. And i worked already with a Sketchup Plugin (wich i downloaded here)
that works as an exporter for the standalone-version.

My problem is to find the exporter Plugin for Sketchup, that works with the standalone-version 1.55.

Thanks for any hints,
with best regards,
Dieter

If I understood you well - are you asking about automatic ocs scene exporter from SU that could be opened in 1.55? If so, I only use 2.06, so I cannot say.

You can always export your model (more manual work) using TIG's exporter

Hey smicha,

thank you for your kind help. The version that you linked worked well.

I'm planing to update on the new SU-plugin. I would be grateful, if you could share youre experience with me. Does it work well? Are there any Bugs? I need to have a stable Platform for my rendering work.

with best regards

If you are a SU user the plugin is a must. Bro is doing a great job to give us a great product.

Personally I work in both - plugin and standalone. For greater scenes that exceed 3GB of vram I must use standalone, because SU is limited to 32 bits, standalone not. I also love the nodal system in standalone and I can always import ocs into the plugin.

So give it a try and play in both - new Octane for SU and standalone.
