My dear MAC testers... I have tried several new avenues... although I suspect this is probably takes us back to where we started :( ... but please try it...

All users should upgrade as there are changes to the html/rb that might also affect PC users too...

MAC users will [still] notice a pause between the dialog opening and it getting 'populated' - can you test it on a new SKP and see what the dialog checkboxes defaults to...

Thanks for your patience

Feedback please...

Yep, back to the roots. I used a fresh skp but export options are still checked.

TIG is it from the Plugin? The center of the rotation is not the same as in Sketchup. So I'm not able to set the
Object into the right position.
MacPro Quad * 8Gig RAM * GTX 285 Mac Edition ( delete two GT120 to make it run with octane! ) * Snow Leopard 10.6

I guessed as much - a long shot !
Someone else reported this. Where is your geometry relative to the SUp origin ?
Where is it relative to the Octane origin ?
Does the import move the OBJ geometry ?
The objects in the OBJ are in exactly the same locations as in the SKP ??

I'll have another think about this PC/MAC fiasco and get back to you MAC users
