Shadow Catcher not working in Octane X mac 2023 R1

There is only very very few setups that work for shadow catcher. I stayed away from environment lights but it still doesn't work. What do I need to do to get shadow catcher to work any tips please?

I have an object with some universal metallic materials put on a shadow catcher (activated in common as a diffuse material).

The shadows don't render, only when I use a very generic cube. What breaks it and how do i get it to work?

Edit: I also noticed if you go to settings and turn off the general environment light (white) it breaks shadow catcher completely. Do octane area lights not work?

About Shadow Catcher, it works correctly, but it is limited, and works correctly only with Daylight ot Texture Environment, better to use the Render Layer technique:
