Hi gang

Just installed the newest version. Upgraded up a few versions and when I opened my recent c4d project, octane asked me to install the latest cuDNN, so I did that within the dialog.

Fire up the Live Viewer, all looks okay. Then I close it, and tick on the denoiser and upsampler, and then I render one frame in the picture viewer, all of my materials go completely randomly out of wack. Any transparent materials lose any of their scatter density, and anything reflective becomes a flat gray material, and lights are much too bright. And now the denoiser and the upsampler CANNOT be unticked. I'll uncheck them, close and reopen the settings, and they've checked themselves on again.

There is no way to get the materials to properly show up in the picture viewer from here on out. My dumbass saved the freaking project so now it's forever corrupt. I've tried reinstalling drivers and C4D and deleting cameras and going back to the old version of octane and unticking and ticking until my mouse is broken and nothing helps. Do yourself a favor and skip denoising and upsampling.

2020.2.3-RC3 + C4D R23 + 3090 FE + win10 pro

warm regards

I've managed the good ole workaround of copying everything in the project thats messed up and just pasting it into a new project. Works a lot better than expected!

Such a weird bug that I hope no one else comes across, not a fun one to stress about.
