Creating this effect in glass Tweet

Hi all

Im trying to get this effect with glass where the colour and absorption vary. As im relatively new to octane Im not sure how best to go about it. Should something like this just be controlled by putting a light behind the glass or should I use the medium or absorption nodes? Any help to get something close to this effect will be appreciated.
