I have bought some condensation normal and height maps from here:

I can't figure out how to get them working in Octane - I'm applying them to a lager can and have tried a blend material, and also tried using a slightly enlarged copy of the can model and using a separate water material on that, but I'm not getting the right result - what's the best technique?

You have several peoblems with Octane here: if you want to stack two materials one base and the second as drops you cannot use displacement becasue stacked mats in Octane C4D cannot apply displacement. I tried it with an opacity channel for the drops but it only worked when duplicating the mesh and slightly scale it. Normally it is recommended to us a Mix mat if you need displacement.

I hope somebody comes up with a better solution. Here the duplicate mesh with opacity:
