CUDA error 700 Tweet

Hi guys. I recently had water spilled on my desktop, which I've resolved. I had to take apart my 1080ti and replace all of the thermal pads etc. but it seems to be working for the most part.

Upon returning to one of my project files I've had some issues. Octane stops rendering samples past 120 or so, then I get a red text octane render failure message. Here's my logs:

I've tried with octane 3.08, 3.08.3 and 3.08.4 and all have had the same result. Octane works fine in a simple scene, for example a cube with a sunlight system, but if I add anything that forces the live viewer to update quickly I get a render failure.

Heaven benchmark also crashes/goes black and freezes. I know my GPU is most likely just ruined but if there's any other possibility I'd love to know.
