X-particals trails and motion blur. how? Tweet

Cant figure out how to make MB work on XP trails. checked all example scenes. how is it possible?

Do you have motion blur enabled on your camera?
I opened the sample scene xp-trail1, and after enabling motion blur on the camera tag at 0.02 it renders with blur as expected.

I do. but i think thats DOF we are seeing here. not MB

No, there is no DoF set. Here it is with motion blur turned off.

i modded the example scene with some xp trails deformer for extra movement. no MB in the LV or PV
