Hi guys, I am still struggling like hell to get the correct settings for reducing noise / reasonable rendertimes in V3 when the scene is dark. Have been trying a few things, doing renders and making small changes, but I cannot get to a point whereby the noise is acceptable and the render times reasonable. This is for animation btw and I using my lappy with a GTX1080.

This frame is a VDB output from Houdini, I have an environment set up with no power that will fade up later, and the render time was about 3:45. From how I understand it, the noise is basically from under sampling of the area, but I just have no clue how to fix it. I have watched a bunch of the tuts out there to improve my knowledge, but am still coming up short.

These are my render settings.
