Hi, i m rendering at the office (so licence is being used) and when i open c4d at home it delays a lot to open anything and gives me constant the message "sign in as different user" etc etc.
How can i disable this so i can continue working without any more messages? ty

Hi thanulee,
you need two complete Combo licenses to be able to work at home and office at the same time.
Did you solve your activation issues?

Heya, no i dont need to work same time. I need to be able to render on one pc while on other i just work in c4d. I dont see why octane has to interfere with just using c4d. I dont even have it selected as my render engine and those messages are popping up all the time.
So in other words, how do i disable octane without uninstlaling it? thanks

It will be used if you use Octane render or used some octane windows or octane elements. It's how designed and not possible to change. Be sure that any octane things are not in your scene or octane windows are not in your current layouts.

I have some buttons docked like lights, live viewer shortcuts etc. Are these the problem? Also, everytime i hit UNDO it give me the message.
Besides those, c4d delays to open and asks me around 4-5 times to sign in etc. Is that normal? ty

Should not be. But check for octane activation message in bottom info line of C4D at start. There should be somethings that trigger activation if you see that.

Following up, see this issue plz. Octane gets refreshed in live viewer very easy here. Other times when i select camera, other when i select an object. Sometimes it does it all the time, other times not often.
Another thing that happens, if i go to octane settings and i close it, it pops up again. What might be the problem?

Don't bother you with small glitches. It will be fixed if possible other than this it will stay like that.

Ok i pinpointed what triggers this and its a render setting preset. Any preset that uses octane as default engine gives me this issue. Is there a way to fix this? I have a scene with all presets in as my start scene. thanks
