How does the exporter handle objects mith more than one material ?
In Cinema4D is easy to map more layer of materials over.
Alphamaps does define the area of objekt that show it.

Is it possible (later) to export multi material objects use alphamaps ?

Unfortunately not, because OBJ/MTL files don't support layered materials. At the moment the exporter always picks the top-most material.
