Light Distribution difference between Octane 2021 and 2022

Hello!

I stumbled on a problem when opening a file setup with Octane 2021 and rendering it with 2022. An area light using an image texture in the Distribution slot renders differently in 2022 compared to 2021.
Attaching a simplified scene file, and two rendered images illustrating the problem. It seems to be a rotation or flipping of the texture. Is there someway to rectify this?

Thanks in advance!

Also, when running into a problem like this, is it better to submit a support request through the support section of the site, or post here? I guess this might be of interest to other users as well, but sometimes posts here in the forum seem to slip through the cracks and do not receive an answer.

Cheers
Andreas

Hi,
weird, the projection is flipped also in 2021.1.7
Anyway, to correct it, just select the UV Transform node, disable the Lock aspect ratio option, and set the X scale to -1:

Thanks for the reply Beppe!
However, it would be nice to know if this is a bug which will be fixed, or if the behaviour in 2022 will be the one from now going forward, as I don't want to get tripped up again in the next update.
So will it be changed again?

/ Andreas
