Texture in Emission Distribution not sticking when moving

Hey there folks! Does anyone knows why an "Image Texture" does not move with the object (Stick) when using it in the "Texture Emission Distribution Input"? As long as it is connected to the "Texture Input" it works. I need it to have it on distribution to get the desired effect... BTW, Switching it varies the texture projection too... Thanks in advance!

Hello,

A demonstration of the "issue" would likely be more informative. I tried to reproduce what I think you are trying to do (gif below), let me know if it is what you were looking for.

I, technically, do not endorse this set-up to achieve a spotlight, for instance. But the texture does stick to the "quad light" using this projection.

Thank you buddy! Closer but not what I am looking for! I think it solves it by applying to the texture slot only

Good to hear.
While it seems that you have found satisfaction with your current set-up - if you wish, feel free to share photo-references of what you are trying to achieve as it would, perhaps, allow me or other forum members to provide a more appropriate approach/solution to re-produce what you are after.
