Octane stops after 2 frames Tweet

Help! Octane won't render more than 2 frames. I rendered a whole animation just 10 minutes ago. Now, no matter what scene. even an empty one, Octane will stop after 2 frames. I rebooted my PC, deleted the C4D Plugin directory, reinstalled the Octane plugin. Nothing works.

Nothing helps you did! I'd help you if you share details of your scene. And how is octane log in Script/Console window?

I've the exact same problem right now. New scene works fine, but the scene I'm working in just stops after 2 frames. Where can I find the render Log? Under Help, Show Octane Log I just get:
Started logging on 14.12.18 14:05:04

OctaneRender 4.01.1 (4010100)

Ahmet, I send you the scene via PM if thats ok.

Edit: I found the problem: Since I was just doing some research I had one C4D Material with a Layer Shader in the scene. I deleted this material and everything works now.

Trying to use Layer shader is most common problem to break the Octane rendering.
