Ok, will check it.

Hi face, another one, if I do a preview render with the autofit option active, octane render without problems but if I refresh the preview render without the autofit viewer option, octane freezes and don´t render, I have to close and open softimage to make it render again, this in softimage 2013 sp1 64bit, please check it out, thanks.

Will check it also.

Because i want to make something new to have a little bit fun, i work on a implementation on image based noises like the one in the image below.
Planed types are cell, billow, fbm and ridged multi in 2/3/4D.
2D is normal, 3D is seamless on a sphere and 4D is seamless on a plane.
The output is 32bit float and i will also try to generate a normal map.

When I select exr as the render output file it seems it's png file with exr extension.

Can you check that please.

Thank you

This can´t be. I check the file extension and then i save as png or exr.
Maybe you use the linear tonemap type for the camera response curves from the imager output shader.
This output will be also exr but clamped from 0-1 float values, so you have no intensity.

I hope so.
It´s a little bit slow.
The 2048x1024 texture resolution on the image uses around 4sec. to generate with 24 octaves.
Maybe i can port it to cuda...

Hi face, do you have an estimated relase date for RC12?, I need to hide completely (primary and secondary rays) from render in a lot of objects in my scenes, or do you know a workaround other than creating new scenes and deleting objects I don´t need?, thank you.

Ok, the partition problem is solved.
Have also solved a problem with image names when the format is default pic.
And the saved images from the info channel kernel wasn´t correct, this is also solved.

I think i will update the current RC11 in this thread. The RC12 should have the new procedurals ;)
