How to best get materials into Octane?

It's been a while since I used Octane, and I don't fully remember the workflow. Using the latest versions, which materials should I apply in Soft to receive somewhat similar materials in Octane (at least regarding the texture mapping and maybe the color)? I typically use the Arch material, but I suppose this one won't be converted?

Thanks

Hi Cris.
The phong is the material to be used. I use default settings, just to assign uv, and setting the material directly in Octane, avoiding to work 2 times..

Correct, Phong is the material of your choice.

Also textures in diffuse, specular, reflectivity and transparency are supported.
With a mix of some values, you can affect which Octane material will be created.
If reflectivity color is unlike black or the shiny parameter is lesser then 1.0, then you will give a glossy material
If trancparency is unlike black and scaletrans is unlike 0, you will give a specular material.
All other combinations will give you a diffuse material.

Thank you for the great explanations! I will keep them in mind and give Octane a test drive at work.
