Is this a bug?

Using Octane 4 for Maya under the "Render Settings" tab>"Cuda Devices" the "GPU Config" is super small and wont expand no matter what I try (See Picture). It's been like this for as long I can remember in previous versions too. It's hard to use and set up, can it be fixed?

Hi Jibbles,

Thank you for the post.

This is another limitation in Octane for Maya demo version. Please let us know if you are running our Studio Subscription or Full version?

Cheers

Thanks, I'm running the Demo Maya Octane 4 version. So would a Subscription or Full Version be different, and let you see a expanded view of those options?

Hi Jibbles,

Thank you.. you are right !! so the demo version has the collapsed UI in the CUDA tab as a limitation. Cannot replicate on Maya 2016 ext1+sp6, 2017 update5 and 2018.4 running Octane for Maya v4.13.17 full version.
So, the Studio subscription or a full version should show an expanded view of these options to pick the GPUs.

However, in this process of investigation, we found a bug in the demo build which will be resolved in the next release.

cheers !!
Kind Regards
