Cops' bright ligts

Hi,
We tried regular octane lights for a cop car but we don't get enough brightness on buildings like regular cops' lights do. So we almost need a concentration of light as beams shining on buildings. Does anyone know how to do it? Thank you

You use one octane light ?
A flashing light is more like a sum of spotlights.
There is old ones with lights and reflectors and new one with series of led lights.
So you can raise the power of these spotlights to have the effect you want.

Hi coilbook,
you can create a projector object to illuminate the scene and use a double source (link) to adjust the brightness of the bulb.
