create a well sized map for this sequence , if it is far away make it smaller, make a texture map for the entire wall, so no repetition.

are you sure scale unit is correct (Octane works in meters) and Ray epsilon in Kernel type panel is correct?
Would you recommend reducing the Rayepsilon values? I ask in advance because it would require a large amount of time processing and experimenting.Adjust Ray Epsilon to reduce artifacts in large scale scenes.
Unit is in Imperial/US as unfortunately all the architects here work with those units and it's difficult to convert over.
