Motion blur with moving camera

Hi Paride,

I have an animated car driving along a path and standard 3ds max camera linked to the car
So camera is moving with the car and in viewport I can't see any changes of moving, dolly or change angle of the car. Hence car should not have any motion blur effect
But when I press render - all parts of the car are in motion blur
How I can fix it?

Thank you

Hi SergKlyosov,
disable object Motion blur (right mouse button) and motion blur (Render setting) according to need.

Hi Paride,

Thank you for the reply

I need to have motion blur on wheels and ground
If I disable motion blur in the kernel tab, it would disable motion blur on wheels and ground

Paride, thank you for the help

From your video I figured out that I need to have "Movable proxy" check box to be turn on and now everything is working as it should
And also with moving camera along the object "Object motion blur" does opposite thing, then it is turned off - object has blur on it, and when it turned on - object has no blur

Also in that scene I'm using VDB from FumeFX, which was simulated in same scene and has same scale
But when I import VDB using the scale and position of simulation is wrong and I need to manually move and scale it using eyeballing
Is there workflow to import that VDB in that exact scale and position which was in original simulation scene?

Thanks

Hi SergKlyosov,
Unfortunately there is not workaround about FumeFX issue.
Don't forget to set motion blur step as you need.
