Hi marco75,
To render you have to use the usual procedure to render in 3dsMax:
setting output parameters in the Common tab (frame, size, etc..) and adding the layers pass in Render Element tab, then launches Render.
You can not render using the Octane Viewport.
About ORC (Octane Render Cloud) https://orc.otoy.com
you will find all the information and answers here:

You can send your scene directly to ORC through the 3dsMax Octane Cloud tool in the Tools tab (Render Setup).
My personal advice is to verify that your scene is correct, before sending to ORC, trying to render it in Octane Render SA.
If Octane Render SA will correctly render your scene, then you will be sure that ORC will also correctly render.
This method saves time and money while avoiding bad surprises at the end of your render job.
