smoother texture transition

Hi we have this wet area texture with noise Anyway to have noise gradually go away closer to the borders of other texture. We cannot use gradient texture since UVW already mapped out for the road. Any way to procedurally make noise disappear and blend in to dry road? Thank you

in max you can use multiple uvw map (uv set) with Mesh UV projection plug in projection slot.
