Octane crashed on animation attempts

Hi guys, question about the plugin. I tried to make a very simple scene yesterday containing wall, floor, ceiling and a ball, nothing fancy. Still image rendered fine. But when I tried to do animation, octane (or the plugin) always crashed. Here is what I did:

- Use current scene
- Set All path
- And tick camera only

The plugin is very straight forward i.e no other setting needed unless I missed something. Hit render animation, and octane crash all the time. Btw, I set the size to 800x600. Is this the culprit? Thanks.

I am facing the same problem, rendering the animation from 3D Max 2011. Is there a solution to this? would appreciate a quick reply.

If you're using the latest pre23 it most def won't work.

Use octane beta 2.2 and max2octane 1.022f

Let me know if this isn't the case

Yes, using 2.2 with the new 1.022f script, still it crashes. Any other way to output animation from max to octane?

Software:
Win 7 64, Max Design 2011, Octane 2.2b, Max2Octane 1.022f
Hardware:
Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz, 4GB Ram, GTX 480 x 2

This is a product simulation / animation I need to render, and the entire animation is created in 3D Max Design 2011. I am able to render the still but as when I hit animation render option, either the system freezes or crashes to blue dump screen. However, I tried to do some tests from C4D, and it works OK. So am I missing any step to render the animation from Max or what I dont understand. If there is any step by step procedure to work this out, would be really helpful to me. Also, if there is any way to convert the Max animation to C4D, would also do to get this project out as I need to use Octane for this.

Would appreciate your help.
