Matching 3dsmax camera in Octane EXACTLY for compositing

Hello,

We are trying to composite effects rendered in 3dsmax on top of the same scene rendered in octane using the same camera - using Octane 2.52 + max2octane + nVidia 570, composite done in AfterEffects CS5.

When we go to composite we can see the camera is slightly off causing horrible halos around things. The rendered frames in the animation are very close but don't cut it.

What are we doing wrong?

Prompt answers appreciated as we need to finish this today unfortunately!
