Motion Blur Artifacts on XPScatter

Hey guys,
I am using xpScatter with render instances to populate a moving mesh: a character skin.
However I get weird artifcats even though the character is barely moving / standing in T-pose.
I already tried everything out I could think of, but was not able to get rid of them when I want to keep the motion blur.
Can someone help?
