Octane Slave connected but won't render

I've got Octane Render 3.04.3 on a Laptop and a Desktop. I have the laptop setup as the master and the Desktop as the Slave. I can get the Desktop Slave to show up on the Laptop Master, but I cannot get the Master to send instructions to the Slave. The Slave just sits idle and does nothing.

My firewalls and antivirus are both disabled, both versions of Octane are the same. I can't even get the network to render simple or empty scenes.

I've set up the Octane Daemon several times and tried reinstalling Octane several times on both machines and tried restarting each machine.

I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be great!
