Why " Direct Light / Diffuse " gets dark in 3dsmax? Octane independent in this option the same option was PathTracing.

It depends on if there is glass in the windows. In direct lighting/diffuse mode Octane will trace rays from the camera through glossy and specular materials until it finds a diffuse reflection. From then on it will only consider diffuse reflections and stop on glossy and specular materials. This way it avoids most fireflies while usually still having some global illumination.
In your scene all the light in the room is coming through glass, and because the indirect rays stop on specular materials it is not included in the rendering.

You have to increase diffuse maxdepth from 2 to 8.
