Octane for Blender with ACES mismatch

I'm new to Octane & Blender and I need some help to figure out why my render windows look different.
I'm also using ACES in Blender.
Wonder if you can look at the images below and help me figure out what's wrong and why octane looks different from Blender and which one is correct?
