Hi,

From the following OctaneRender® Prime (Free tier)
Downloaded and installed these 2 .exe files;
  • Download Blender OctaneRender® edition:
  • Download OctaneServer® Prime:

Both seem to install fine. Blender runs fine but Octane Server Prime is throwing the following error. The same error is occurring on Work and Home Windows systems.

Code: Select all
The entry point cuDeviceGetUuid could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\OctaneServerPrime\octane.dll

The Blender plugin manual suggests installing the NVIDIA® cuDNN Library File
OctaneRender® requires NVIDIA® CuDNN to run. Download the cuDNN library file from https://render.otoy.com/downloads/1c/42 ... nn64_7.dll
Place the library file here: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\OctaneRender\thirdparty

Hi,
Nvidia Quadro K3100M is from 2013, no more supported by recent Nvidia CUDA drivers.
You should need to go back to v4, but it is not available in Prime free tier.
Also please note that Quadro K3100M scores only ~12 in OctaneBench 4, while we suggesy a minimum of ~20:
