Hi Patis,
you would use some octane nodes to adjust the Octane spotlight,

Hi Paride,
How do I change light color? How do you adjust spot brightness? When I add diffuse with emission to emitter material my small spot light disappears and the whole floor has light . Thanks

Thanks. Do you know if octane uses real volume lights or it's some fake 3d cone with scattering material? Why do CPU renders have a vast varieties of volumetric lights and GPU are so weak at it? Thanks

Hi coilbook,
it's a 3d cone with scattering material; alternatively you could use a "classic" fog cube.

New coming Octane features should also help in this way.
