the problem you are having could be caused by an issue during deactivation, due to Windows update , or a crash, or an issue with internet connection.
To solve, you need to visit your personal Octanelive page, and deactivate your licenses by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both licenses, Standalone and plugin:
for Commercial licensesfor Subscription licensesPlease note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
