Cryptomatte holes in alpha

I'm a registered user and for some reason I cannot post in C4D area so I have to do this here.

I have noticed an issue with the cryptomatte pass when compositing in nuke. I noticed there were some holes in the cryptomatte alpha, where the background was coming through. I was able to see it more clearly by squeezing the alpha in the viewer in Nuke and I could see it more clearly. Is there anything I should be doing differently with the cryptomatte pass or is this an issue with the Crypomatte plugin translating the cryptomatte pass from Octane?

Since I can't post an image here, I have taken a screenshot and put it on my dropbox for now. As you can see, when I squeeze the gamma in the viewer, you can see the holes.
