hello all im new user in octane i try the demo in c4d but im very confused after read the documentation i cant resolve my problem about baking reflectance map like a see in render view

Reflection is camera viewpoint related effect. Baking camera is oriented toward to face normal. So it's expected to don't see reflection of cylinders at baking angle. You should not expect same reflection for different camera angles. In RT engines, reflection is not be used as baked but as real-time effects.

Thx for your response bro its sad i hope in futur you add this effect baking in this beautifull render i find some tips i can do it with native c4d render with texture tag and select reflection map
