I'm trialling the demo version of Octane with 3DS Max.
When I switch viewports in 3DS Max 2014 or 2017, the OctaneRender Viewport gets switched from my camera (or perspective) viewport to a top/front/left etc - most frustrating !!!!
What am I doing wrong ? The padlock next to "View to Render" in the 3DS Max Render Dialog box is checked so it HAS to lock !
Yet it doesn't......
(I watched the beginner's 3DS Max / Octane tutorial and his OctaneRender Viewport remains locked - shows using 2014. I have tried this on both 2014 and 2017 and my issue happens in both).
Please advise.
Many thanks.

Hi JezEMIN,
You have to use the icon with the camera, not with the padlock. The padlock allows you to continue the render even if the scene changes.
