Sorry, if this was discussed already.
How to render matte/shadow with octane?
For example: a bottle with shadow under on transparent background. Is it possible to choose whether to clip to white or not final alpha of refractive/transparent objects?

we're not sure yet.
if i were you i would'nt take any chances and grab a 2.2 now at 99 euro, you'll get your beta3 for free with it.
