Great rendering software, Refractive!

Ok, what do people use (software-wise) to keep their GPU temperature down? I've just had a black screen and a message saying something like the GPU crashed and was recovered. (Using Win7 64bit/GTX260). I've looked at rivatuner and it seems that you can set the fans at a fixed percentage or it can be set to automatic (currently 40-100%). I guess when the GPU is idle it runs about 50 degrees. But is rendering with a fixed fan speed inadvisable? (I'm a noob when it comes to GPU technical stuff).

Can materials be exported and shared between users or scenes? Do you have any plans for a material library?

You don't mention it at the moment, but do you think you will include support for IES lights in the future?

Thanks again.

i recommend getting the free 'evga precision' tool, it works great.

material presets and sharing are coming in the near future.
