Hi,
I have a colleague trying the demo of octane on a razor laptop with a 1060 and a 1080 and he keeps getting this error message.
'there is no cuda device that is supported by octane render'
Any ideas?
Thanks

Probably the cuDNN library is missing:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=74606&start=10#p402896Please also make sure to have updated Win 10 to 2004 or greater, and to have an Nvidia driver installed greater than 456.38.
ciao
Beppe
