black screen for daz3d 2021 Tweet

hello,

I keep getting a black screen when I try and render a scene in octune. Ive been able to render other scenes in octune but i cant get certain scenes to render and i can find everything on other graphic programs but no one is talking about octune for daz3d. below are pcs and GPU specs

gpu drivers are update and so aren't windows
